Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Provide support in the contract administration, compliance and executing of Sales contracts for residential and leasing team
  • Assist in the implementation of database, business reporting systems and document control processes relating to contract status

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage & execute daily Aldar residential sales and leasing administration processes
  • Supervise execution and compliance of all customer contracts and ensure the accuracy of the reporting systems across the division
  • Validate lease/ offer summaries, Lease Approval forms, and letter of offers
  • Check completeness & accuracy of sales & leasing documentation of signatures and forms and update contract database
  • Ensure contract database system is updated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support in the preparation of the sales & leasing commission payment process & liaise with Finance to ensure accurate & timely commission payments to staff
  • Development of regular reports on sales and leasing & customer handover performance
  • Ensure proper archiving of contracts & associated documents according to ALDAR policy standards
  • Liaise with third Property Management service providers as required to overcome and contract administration issues and to ensure database integrity
  • Liaise with sales to ensure aligned / accurate financial reports
  • Liaise with IT to ensure that systems meet business process and reporting requirements
  • Work closely with Development, GIS, Legal and IT to ensure contracts are ready for sales launches
  • Work with Marketing team for delivery on customer / operation centers and marketing events such as:
  • Sales Launch event planning, Sales Event Operations & Logistics
  • Lead registration during event
  • Queue Management Monitor & usage compliance during Sales Event
  • Customer Centers from Design stage to Operations
  • Provide administrative support in the day-to-day operation of the Customer Operations & ADM Relations team as and when required

Qualifications & Experience

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 6+ years of related experience leasing and contract administration

Field Of Experience

Customer management, banking, estate management

Technical And Interpersonal Skills

  • Advanced business computing skills with experience using ERP preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of policies, processes, procedures and work methods
  • Strong knowledge of real estate products and services
  • Strong knowledge of customer management standards and customer quality delivery standards
  • Excellent understanding of sales and leasing processes and administration.
  • Detail oriented nature, outcome focused with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well developed planning and organizing skills
  • Business-level command of Arabic and English, written and verbal

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field.

  8. Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

  9. Renewals and Upselling: Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers during interactions.

  10. Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
