Qualifications and requirements for the role:

  • Higher Secondary Education degree (grade 12) or bachelor degree.
  • Good level of general education especially in Mathematics and English and a previous experience in a similar position or working with children.
  • Good communicator with an excellent command of English. Computer-literate and can multitask.
  • As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you play a crucial role in supporting students' educational experiences, particularly those with additional needs. Here are key skills and qualifications essential for this role:
