Roles and responsibilities
The Cluster Marketing Manager - Services is essential in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the Services business units. This role is central to driving brand growth and customer acquisition, ensuring that each touchpoint in the customer journey from awareness to purchase is optimized for maximum engagement and satisfaction. The Cluster Marketing Manager plays a critical role in building brand equity, enhancing market presence, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and partners. This position is key to ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with corporate objectives, effectively positioning the brands for sustained success in a competitive market.
Key Accountabilities
In collaboration with the Group Head and General Managers
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for brands, aligning with corporate goals.
- Formulate and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new market entries and brand partnerships
- Support the development of cluster-level strategies to enhance market positioning.
Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Oversee the financial governance of marketing activities, ensuring adherence to corporate financial policies.
Branding & Corporate Identity:
- Implement corporate brand guidelines across all marketing communications.
- Ensure compliance with trademark and intellectual property regulations.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer insights and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Media Planning & Buying:
- Plan and execute media buying at scale, optimizing media placements to achieve maximum impact.
Customer Experience (CX)
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Utilize customer data analytics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints.
Events & Sponsorships:
- Plan and manage corporate events and sponsorships, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop event strategies that reinforce corporate reputation and brand visibility.
Desired candidate profile
- Identify and manage relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
Talent & Resource Management:
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance marketing team capabilities.
- Share best practices and foster collaboration across business units to drive marketing excellence.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously improve marketing processes, leveraging data-driven insights for optimization.
- Promote synergies between business units to maximize marketing impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Experience
- 5 years+ experience in brand, marketing, and product
- Experience in delivering strategies with high Customer Centric approach that are customer relationship driven and has developed effective customer relationship and community management programmes
- Track record of successful go-to-market strategy development and execution.
- Experience in community building and management.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain clients in competitive markets.
