Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong background in civil engineering. As a Civil Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be involved in the planning design and implementation of construction projects as well as conducting site investigations and analyzing data.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
