Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and sed Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading Marble Distribution company in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing marble installation projects from start to finish ensuring highquality standards safety compliance and timely delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise excellent problemsolving abilities and a pion for precision in construction and finishing work.
Responsibilities:
Plan manage and oversee marble installation projects ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with architects contractors and clients to determine project requirements and expectations.
Conduct site inspections and essments to evaluate the progress of work and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Prepare detailed project doentation including reports schedules and budgets to track project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Supervise and lead a team of laborers and subcontractors providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and highquality craftsmanship.
Utilize engineering principles to trouble and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Maintain a thorough understanding of materials tools and techniques used in marble installation and finishing work.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the companys high standards and client expectations.
ist in the procurement of materials and tools necessary for project ensuring costeffectiveness and timely delivery.
Stay updated with advancements in marble technology and installation techniques and incorporate best practices into project work.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or project management within the construction industry preferably with a focus on marble or stone installation.
Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and engineering principles related to marble distribution and installation.
Proficient in project management software and tools with the ability to create and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on marble or stone installation. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and engineering principles related to marble distribution and installation.
