We are expanding our team and seeking a sed Telesales Specialist to support our growing Telesales Department. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Telesales Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients presenting our real estate services understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive business relationships achieving sales targets and staying updated with market trends and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database. Present promote and sell real estate services using solid arguments to prospective clients. Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients. Build and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Provide clients with relevant information about the Dubai real estate market. Stay uptodate with property market trends regulations and best practices. Reess previously unsuccessful leads to determine potential opportunities. Conduct quality control to ensure agents adhere to elished CRM policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current property trends. Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal ss. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management ss. Goaloriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices in the real estate industry. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
