Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including managing schedules booking appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Respond to client inquiries ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Prepare reports presentations and other doents as required.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
• Perform additional administrative duties as igned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative istant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and organizational ss.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
