Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Support the planning and of events and activations, including artist performances, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, artists, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
Maintain and update website and online platforms with relevant content and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with media relations activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and responses to media inquiries.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining databases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or arts administration, preferably in the cultural sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website content management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
