- Provide expert surgical care for patients requiring reconstructive microsurgery and flap surgery procedures.
- Perform complex reconstructive surgeries, including free tissue transfers, flaps, and other advanced techniques.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Surgical Training and Education:
- Participate in the training and education of residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff in the acquisition of surgical skills.
- Contribute to the development of surgical protocols and guidelines.
Research and Academic Activities:
- Engage in research projects related to reconstructive microsurgery and flap surgery.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Present at national and international conferences.
- Contribute to the advancement of the field through academic pursuits.
- Leadership and Administration:
- Participate in departmental and organizational leadership activities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Serve on committees and boards as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Should have Reconstructive & Flap Surgery Experience.
- Should have experience in Aesthetics and Reconstructive.
- Should have at least 3 years of post-board certification experience
- Should have any of the following qualifications: - CCT or CCST or CSCST, FRACP, American board, Australian board, Canadian board, German Board, French board, Swedish board - TIER 1 as per the UAE PQR.
- Proven expertise in reconstructive microsurgery and flap surgery.
- Experience in a UK or Canadian healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience in Academic activities.
