• Collaborate with senior team members on structuring and executing transactions.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.
• 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and transaction structuring, with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience within deal is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
