Front-End Developer HTML amp WordPress - LM TECH IT SERVICES

We are looking for a skilled FrontEnd Developer with a strong command of HTML and WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing userfriendly web interfaces ensuring optimal performance across various devices and maintaining WordPressbased websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development:
• Develop responsive and visually appealing web pages using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Website Maintenance:
• Manage and maintain existing WordPress websites ensuring they remain functional secure and uptodate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance layout and functionality.
• User Experience Optimization:
• Collaborate with designers to implement userfriendly interfaces and improve the overall user experience.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• CrossBrowser Compatibility:
• Ensure that websites are compatible with different browsers and devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with backend developers designers and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and highquality digital products.
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for task completion.
• Content Management:
• Assist in the integration of content within WordPress ensuring that it is displayed accurately and effectively.
• Customize WordPress admin areas to improve content management and site administration.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Web Development Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
• HTML/CSS: Advanced knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles.
• WordPress: Strong experience with WordPress development including custom themes and plugins.
• JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript with experience in libraries and frameworks like jQuery.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Design Tools: Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on WordPress.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering responsive and userfriendly websites.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of PHP and how it integrates with WordPress.
