Job Description
We re recruiting a Concierge Corporate for one of our clients based in UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading producer of gray and white cement strategically based in the UAE. They are recognized for their commitment to quality and innovation in the cement industry. They have established their greenfield manufacturing plant dedicated to white cement which will enhance their production capabilities and support sustainable practices. This new facility is set to reinforce its position as a leader in the market delivering highquality cement products while minimizing environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hospitality arrangements for corporate guests and top executives
- Build strong relationships with reputable service providers to offer a broad range of guest amenities
- Handle guest checkin and checkout procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations for dining flights car rentals entertainment and other guest services
- Ensure meeting room services are in place before events in collaboration with Sales and InRoom Dining teams
- Coordinate with the HR department for bill approvals and payments
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- 510 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in handling hospitality arrangements including coordinating visits and accommodation for top executives and guests
- Expertise in arranging accommodation in premium hotels and managing executive transportation
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a Concierge role
- Strong communication skills are essential
