Job Description
- Responsible of delivering the full onboarding of a service or feature, end to end. Including the business requirements, design, development, roll out and support.
- Develop all related user stories
- Onboarding of public and private sector entities to avail their buy-in and APIs including organizing and conducting necessary meetings with stakeholders
- Interacts and engages with entities, internal and external stakeholders related to the development of a service
- Working closely with entities to understand their businesses and re-engineering their process to support them in making their services a better version from the customer’s point of view
- Be the experts in defining what is the best way a service can be presented to customers through any of the platforms
- Ensures full deployment and that final product meets with end-user needs
- Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with other product owners in the team to ensure alignment of all the processes
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to targets
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Keep up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage more than one major project/service at a time
- A solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies
- The role will report into the Product Manager
