Were seeking an exceptionally creative and innovative Video Editor to join our fun team. This role requires someone who is EXTREMELY creative and with no "box" to think in. We need someone who can think beyond conventional boundaries crafting compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences across various platforms.
We re not just seeking an editor as anyone can put a bunch of videos together. We want someone that s good scratch that GREAT at storytelling and with basic psychomarketing and attention grabbing skills.
Role Overview
As the Video Editor you will be a key player in our content creation strategy working closely with our content marketing team. Youll be responsible for transforming raw footage and ideas into compelling visual content that captivates our audience across various platforms and that SELLS. Your creative vision and technical expertise will be crucial in producing both viral shortform content for social media and engaging longform content for YouTube.
Youll collaborate directly with content strategists writers and marketers to bring our brands story to life through video. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast (but creativelypaced) environment have ears on the ground for evolving trends and push the boundaries of conventional video editing.

- Expertlevel proficiency in industrystandard video editing software including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Final Cut Pro X DaVinci Resolve
- Mastery of color grading techniques and tools
- PROVEN track record of creating VIRAL shortform content
- Proficiency in visual effects creation and implementation
- STRONG storytelling abilities and narrative structuring skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced skills in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition or Pro Tools
- Understanding of basic psychomarketing principles and their application in video content
- Familiarity with current social media trends and platformspecific content requirements
