TheAssociate Head of Brand and Contentwill sit with the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO and will lead and nurture a team of creatives producing platformnative content at a volume and quality level unmatched in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the growth of our social media channels across platforms
Drive a viral social media strategy and create transformative content
Oversee and nurture a team of creatives producing highquality native content
Collaborate closely with the leadership team reporting to the CEO
Direct content strategy that balances editorial integrity with measurable business results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience:Led a fastgrowing social media presence with 3M followers
Leadership:Prior experience as a content director head of content or marketing leader at a major or fastgrowing media/creator business
Creative vision:5 years of experience managing content production teams balancing quality with demanding schedules
Skilled storyteller:Strong writing storytelling and visual media skills with a keen understanding of culturally relevant topics
Brand strategist:Deep understanding of brandbuilding content strategy and project management
Analytical mindset:Experience with tools like Google Analytics Tubebuddy VidIQ Metricool Meta Ad Manager etc.
Platform fluency:Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g. Notion Buffer Hypefury) and workflow platforms (e.g. Asana Notion)
Editorial integrity:Ability to uphold editorial standards manage output and measure contents impact on customer engagement and revenue
