Job Description
Candidates must have 15+ years’ experience in Digital Engineering, with proven experience in Leading and Managing the Digital Engineering team.
- Lead and manage the engineering team in project .
- Develop and implement digital engineering strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of remote monitoring and control systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered to high standards and within deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and digital solutions.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Integrate AI industrial solutions into engineering processes and projects.
- Design and implement control rooms and, ideally, Integrated Operations Centers (IOCs).
