Job Description:
We are seeking a talented SEO / SEM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies with a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving traffic through organic and paid search. You will work closely with our content creators digital marketing team and clients to ensure our campaigns are effective targeted and aligned with the latest industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Conduct keyword research and provide recommendations based on business goals.
Optimize website content meta tags and onpage elements to ensure best SEO practices.
Analyze website analytics performance metrics and SEO campaigns to provide actionable insights.
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns including Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Stay uptodate with the latest SEO and SEM trends tools and best practices.
Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
Prepare and present regular reports on SEO/SEM performance and progress to clients and management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO / SEM Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms ranking strategies and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs).
Experience with Google Ads and other SEM platforms.
Proficiency in keyword research link building and content optimization.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
