Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in product delivery and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging lowcode/nocode technologies such as Mendix and Salesforce to drive business transformation and operational excellence. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for emerging technologies and a strong ability to lead highperforming teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Product Delivery: Lead the endtoend delivery of strategic products and initiatives. Ensure projects are executed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards

  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and transformation

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the product portfolio ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage lowcode/nocode platforms including Mendix and Salesforce to develop and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact solutions. Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders managing relationships and expectations. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Assess their potential impact on strategic business outcomes and integrate relevant advancements into product strategies

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle including ideation development launch maintenance and eventual retirement. Ensure that each phase of the product lifecycle is executed efficiently with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with strategic business goals

  • User and Stakeholder Feedback : Gather and analyze feedback from internal users and key stakeholders to inform product development and enhancements. Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with user needs and organizational goals.

  • Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes tools and methodologies. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance product delivery and team performance.

  • CrossDepartmental Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that product strategies are wellintegrated and support overall business objectives. Facilitate smooth product launches and postlaunch activities.

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Work closely with development teams to ensure that product development aligns with established SDLC practices and timelines

  • Developer Management: Manage and mentor development teams ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver highquality products. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in development practices.

  • Commercial Acumen : Demonstrate a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of product management including budgeting cost analysis and ROI. Ensure that products are developed with a clear focus on delivering business value and achieving financial objectives.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business success and innovation

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Required Years of Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in product management and portfolio management with a strong background in product delivery and strategic initiatives

Minimum Education and Qualification(s)

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
