Job Title: Agency Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Agency Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the real estate brokerage industry. The Agency Executive will be responsible for recruiting brokerages maintaining brokerage data and ensuring the smooth operation of agencyrelated activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit brokerages in alignment with company sales policies both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain and update brokerage data including contact details authorized signatories agent information and office locations.
- Propose agency commissions and payouts for new and existing projects in accordance with market standards.
- Collaborate with the legal team to update agency policies per current market norms.
- Contribute new ideas for sales structure planning to the Head of Sales (HOS).
- Create and execute quarterly sales plans for agencies.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets approved by the HOS.
- Conduct agency briefings and training sessions with support from the sales team.
- Evaluate agency sales performance and prepare reports.
- Guide agencies based on the companys marketing guidelines.
- Offer marketing and sales support to agencies within the timeframes set by company policy.
- Ensure agency commissions are disbursed on time by coordinating with the finance department.
- Resolve agency disputes promptly in collaboration with the HOS.
- Ensure all agencyrelated events meet company standards and are well organized.
- Timely population of sales pipeline event and other relevant sales reports.
- Propose new ideas and obtain authority approval for agency events and marketingrelated matters.
- Ensure agency leads are appropriately managed and concluded within the process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Good problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve disputes.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
