Roles & Responsibilities
Tendering & Estimation:Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for Facility Management projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Analyze project requirements and client specifications to ensure all aspects of the tender are addressed.
Develop bid strategies based on market trends, client expectations, and company objectives.
Work closely with the procurement team to source competitive prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, timely, and meet the required standards.
