Floor Supervisor - Housekeeping

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Inspect the work of a team responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
• Monitor each Attendant’s daily progress.
• Review department glitches and BEAR report as communication tools to accomplish your tasks.
• Ensure housekeeping team members are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to hotel standards.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials, linens, and guest amenities to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with front office, maintenance, and other teams to address guest requests and issues.
• Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
  

What You Bring

• Previous experience in the same role within 5* luxury Hotels and Resorts.
• Undesrtanding of luxury hospitality service.
• Proficiency in English language werbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work long hours.
