Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred.
Proven experience (5-8 years) in quality management, ISO certification, and risk management roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, ISO standards, and risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000).
Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and achieving ISO certification.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive change in a dynamic environment.
