Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about data visualization and have a knack for transforming complex data into clear actionable insights we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis visualization and reporting and will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver highquality BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Dashboard Development: Design develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on user requirements.
- Data Modeling: Create and manage complex data models ensuring data accuracy consistency and integrity.
- Data Integration: Connect to various data sources perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) tasks to prepare data for analysis.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance ensuring efficient data processing and loading.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data quality performance and usability of Power BI solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports dashboards and data models.
- Best Practices: Implement and adhere to best practices for data visualization reporting standards and data governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI Desktop Power BI Service DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.
- Data Modeling: Strong experience with data modeling data transformation and ETL processes.
- SQL Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Visualization Skills: Ability to create compelling and interactive visualizations and reports.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Advanced Skills: Familiarity with advanced Power BI features such as Power BI Report Server RowLevel Security and custom visuals.
- Experience with Other BI Tools: Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau QlikView or Looker is a plus.
- Certification: Power BI certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
