Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader with over 8 years of expertise in leading and developing highquality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native React Node.js Nest.js Next.js PostgreSQL JavaScript and Related Technologies with a demonstrated ability to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of developers promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Project Oversight: Manage the entire software development lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business objectives.
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in React Native React Node.js Nest.js Next.js PostgreSQL and JavaScript.
Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality maintainability and performance.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers designers and QA teams to deliver features that meet user and business needs.
Innovation and Learning: Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies fostering an environment of learning and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Technical Proficiency: Indepth knowledge and handson experience with React Native React Node.js Nest.js Next.js PostgreSQL and JavaScript.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
ProblemSolving: Exceptional problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices including Scrum and Kanban.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with additional modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g. Angular Ionic & Vue.js).
Familiarity with other backend technologies and frameworks.
