- Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses institutions government entities and Emirati customers.
- Provide detailed information about plan features benefits and pricing to potential clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service handling and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service such as response time resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with audit teams during Internal & external audits ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handling of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audits ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess the quality of customer interactions.
- Achievement of individual sales and productivity targets
- Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements

Requirements
Experience (Yrs& Field) : 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Educational Qualification : Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Below 35 years.
Immediate Joining on or before 20th September 24.
Salary - 4850/- AED(Gross allowance) Incentives
Skills & Abilities:
Customer Focus Result Orientation Teamwork Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Good PC skills especially MS Excel Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
Required Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales. Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid Fiber and Business On). Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently Key Skills and Competencies: Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
