A minimum of 2 years in a front-of-house F&B role within a 5-star hospitality setting.
Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
Advise guests on menu items, specials, and beverage pairings, and actively promote additional sales to enhance the dining experience.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring that all practices are in line with restaurant standards and regulations.
Conducting huddles during shifts to ensure seamless communication.
Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest’s interests at heart.
