Job Description
- A minimum of 2 years in a front-of-house F&B role within a 5-star hospitality setting.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Advise guests on menu items, specials, and beverage pairings, and actively promote additional sales to enhance the dining experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring that all practices are in line with restaurant standards and regulations.
- Conducting huddles during shifts to ensure seamless communication.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
- Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest’s interests at heart.
