Job Description
- Drafting and negotiation of the related contracts and documents (pre-contracts, power purchase agreement, construction contracts, land rights agreements, operation and maintenance contracts, guarantees, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, bid documentation, etc.)
- Monitoring legal due diligence and tender submission processes (including as part of M&A transactions) and following-up on projects' construction and operation
- Conducts legal studies and monitoring regulatory risks
- Manages and coordinates corporate matters (incorporation of companies, corporate housekeeping, shareholders / board of directors resolutions, delegations of authority, share transfers, shareholder loans, etc.)
- Interacts with the internal and external parties associated with the operations and transactions
- Support to internal corporate approval process ( internal committees )
- Manages external lawyers and monitors legal fees
