Support Regional Commercial Leads (West/EMEA/APAC).
Assist projects on conflict avoidance, dispute management and resolution.
Lead the drafting and/or reviewing critical project correspondence.
Lead the drafting of complex claims and variations across the project portfolio.
Review of detailed project schedule and propose and lead changes or recommendations.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with established company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies
Assist with commercial awareness training across all projects.
Provide commercial and contractual guidance to ensure proficiency and timeliness of contract administration
Assist projects in identifying change and ensure timely notification.
Support projects to negotiate and clarify contractual requirements in meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors
Identify and manage project commercial and contracting risks and coordinate mitigation measures and contractual insurance requirements.
Manage and liaise with internal Legal Counsel on construction contract-related matters.
Engage with external consultants where required.
Negotiate the more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with clients whilst maintaining relationships.
Participate in the Monthly Project Review process.
Stakeholder management internally and externally.
Attend the head office at the Swiss Tower in JLT as the ordinary place of work.
Engage in regular travel (Short/Long Haul) to projects and sites as required.
