Job Description
- Role: Pacis PSO Automation Engineer
- Location: Qatar & UAE
- Tenure: Extendable after every one-year (long term contract)
- IEDs from multiple vendors are used for Goose setup and communication.
- Testing and commissioning of multiple vendors' relays, operator interfaces, gateways, and related equipment Schneider brand Bay Control Units (BCU), Bay Control Protection Units (BCPU), and Relays. Creating models of HMIs, gateways, and station servers with the necessary window and operating systems.
- Standard settings for network switches such as Hirschman and Connexium configuration.
- Undertook iFAT, FAT, and SAT for a range of projects.
- Examining the project documentation, engineering drawings, and making sure the scheme requirements and the entire project scope of work are met.
