Junior Operation executive

• Market-Specific Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate travel operations specifically for European and CIS markets. Ensure seamless handling of bookings, reservations, and customer service tailored to these regions.
• Regional Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers in European and CIS countries, including airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. Negotiate contracts and manage service quality to meet operational standards.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance travel operations processes for the European and CIS markets. Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve inquiries and issues from customers in European and CIS regions. Provide exceptional service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the European and CIS markets. Use performance data to make informed recommendations for operational improvements.
• Project Management: Support and manage projects related to European and CIS markets, including market expansions, promotional campaigns, and new service introductions.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all operations adhere to regional regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain service excellence.
• Inventory Management: Manage travel product inventory for European and CIS markets, including travel packages and promotional offers. Ensure accurate and current information is available for customers and staff.
• Budget Management: Assist with budgeting and financial planning for operations within European and CIS markets. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, International Business, or a related field. Additional certifications relevant to the travel industry (e.g., IATA) are advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience in travel operations with a focus on European or CIS markets. Familiarity with regional travel management systems and booking platforms is preferred.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of travel industry operations and market dynamics in Europe and/or CIS regions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
