Atlantis Kids Club is expanding and looking for enthusiastic proactive and passionate entertainment and childcare professionals to join the team!

As an Assistant Manager Kids Club you will oversee the daily operation and organization of the Atlantis Kids Club and Nanny Services and ensuring all activities and programs are adhered to as per resort standards. You will monitor the teams compliance with health & safety procedures as well as identify and deliver necessary training in line with departmental needs.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include:

Ideally you will have a bachelors degree in Recreation Administration Early Education/Primary Care Sports Management Leisure Education Hospitality or another related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within a complex hospitality facility. Person in this role has to be fully trained in caring for children of ages 412 ensuring that they are attended to in a correct manner as well as in handling various childrens incidents and behaviors. You will contribute to expanding the entertainment programs be mindful of activities diversity and feel comfortable sharing new creative ideas. You will successfully influence the management team and be able to effectively communicate both with senior leadership as well as with the junior team member.

Being able to confidently conduct performance development conversations address misdemeanor is expected as well as having the natural ability to recognize and develop colleagues in line with the continuous improvement drive.
