Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all project documents, both electronic and hard copy, in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
Organize and control the flow of documentation between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure all documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and filed as per project requirements.
Implement and maintain document control processes and systems for tracking and recording revisions and approvals.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely retrieval and availability of documents.
Assist in the preparation of document transmittals, reports, and presentations as required.
