Job Description
- Support in leading all aspects of the day-to-day management of the EMEA Luxury Sales team and deliver revenue growth to Hilton luxury branded properties globally from the region.
- Assist the VP, Global Luxury Sales with Hilton’s EMEA luxury customers’ needs across all market segments. Responsibilities include program management support of associated luxury lodging and consortia programs.
- Administer and support Hilton’s luxury travel advisor program, Hilton for Luxury within the region.
- Develop and implement team performance management, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
- Define and execute strategic account plans, processes, and sales metrics aligned with short and long-term revenue objectives.
- Partner with sales leadership on key performance initiatives and priorities, with a commitment to leading strategy covering all segments and channels to drive revenue and profit performance of all luxury branded properties globally.
- Represent Hilton Luxury Brands and associated hotels at events and tradeshows to create awareness, generate demand, and increase sales from luxury travel industry customers and partners.
