Data privacy and application support

The Job Purpose Is Defined As Below

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the Record of Processing Activities (‘ROPA’) for their respective Business Unit(s)
• Identify, escalate, and communicate any data privacy risks within their Business Unit(s) to the DPO
• Ensure Initial Screening Assessments (ISA) are conducted for all NPPAs within their Business Unit(s). Assist with the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments as and when required.
• Coordinating with the relevant Business Unit(s) to action any data subject rights requests in line with local regulatory requirements.
• Upskilling by participating in data privacy related training and awareness sessions.
• Supporting and facilitating the Data Privacy Office in all matters related to Consent Management.
• 5 years of experience in a financial institution
• 2 years of experience supporting applications and systems
• 1 years of experience dealing in data privacy regulations and laws
• 2 years of experience in SSnC ADVENT applications like APX, MOXY, TRADEX, Rules Manager, Sylvan and Vision FI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of SSnC ADVENT applications like APX, MOXY, TRADEX, Rules Manager, Sylvan and Vision FI
• DIFC data protection law no. 5 of 2020 and data protection regulations
