Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage all transportation activities, including guest and staff transfers.
Oversee and manage the marine logistics operations.
Develop and implement transportation schedules to optimize fleet efficiency and ensure prompt service for guests and staff.
Monitor the maintenance and condition of all vehicles and marine equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, boat captains, and other transportation personnel, ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer service.
