Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of operational changes on the company’s bottom line.
Develop cost-benefit analyses for new operational initiatives or investments.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure operational activities are within budget and aligned with financial goals.
Monitor and analyze the efficiency of day-to-day operations across departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at streamlining departmental activities.
