Lead Digital Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities include: • Line manage staff with Digital Innovation responsibilities. • Liaise with the IT Manager to ensure the school has suitable infrastructure to support Digital Innovation. • Support teachers to plan and prepare for effective integration of digital and innovative approaches. • Support teachers to use a variety of appropriate resources and teaching strategies, to create lessons which cater to different abilities to motivate and engage all students. • To assess quality and effectiveness of SZPAB s Digital Innovation on a regular basis. • Lead the application of Apple Distinguished Schools and review regularly. • Mentor teachers through Apple designations to further develop the school. • Support teachers to utilize the best digital and innovative approaches to assessment and teacher/student dialogue.
