YOUR ROLE

• Manages all technical activities like M&E and KP investment projects in the plant.
• Implements a technology strategy to ensure efficient production and highquality products.
• Delivers against technical performance KPIs budget and projects.
• Set up and executes development plans for production personnel esp. regarding training in Engineering and technology.
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
• Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility.

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering Material Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related departments
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• SAP Knowledge is a must
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Being dynamic result oriented selfmotivating and excellent team player
• Able to work in Umm Al Quwain Plant Location
