Introduction to the role
Join our team as a Marketing Manager focused on the UAE GCC region at Fasset where you will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and driving growth in a dynamic and evolving market. This is an extremely resultsfocused role responsible for driving growth for the UAEGCC region.

What youll do

• Be responsible for the acquisition engagement and retention of users.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the UAE GCC markets with a global perspective.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective market penetration.
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends and customer preferences.
• Plan and execute campaigns measuring their impact and effectiveness.
• Foster relationships with local media and partners to enhance brand visibility and outreach.

Who will excel

• Proven experience in marketing preferably in the fintech or digital asset industries.
• Previous experience working at a startup (ideally scaling from zero to one) is crucial.
• Understanding of the UAE market and ability to adapt strategies for local preferences.
• Strong analytical skills and datadriven approach to marketing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate crossculture teams.
• A cando attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Exposure to a broad array of marketing activities e.g. digital social PR influencers and events.
• Manage workloads and teams across multiple countries and timezones.
• Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced multitasked highenergy environment like Fasset.
