Product Manager

Our client a distinguished Digital Logistics Solutions Provider in Dubai is propelling the logistics sector into the digital future. They are on the hunt for a Product Manager who can chart the strategic trajectory of their platforms features.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage in market research to identify new opportunities and features for the platform.
• Define detailed product requirements and specifications collaborating closely with design and development teams.
• Lead product launches coordinating with marketing sales and customer support teams.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics using insights to drive enhancements.
• Engage with users and gather feedback ensuring product evolution based on user needs.
• Oversee product roadmaps ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring alignment of product goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
• 7 years of product management experience preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the logistics domain.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
