Key Accountabilities: -
Ø Comprehensive Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for both local and overseas requirements.
Ø Sourcing Strategies: Execute sourcing strategies and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and products for real-time data retrieval.
Ø Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
Ø Diverse Sourcing Expertise: Utilize strong sourcing experience across various food and nonfood categories, and manufacturing ingredients.
