Responsibilities

Handle corporate debt restructurings.

Work on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Collaborate with experienced professionals on complex restructuring matters.

Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant restructuring work experience.

Clerkship experience is encouraged.

Excellent credentials.
