Job Description

Rixos Al Mairid a luxurious family resort on Al Marjan Island is seeking a Receptionist to join its team. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests responsible for welcoming them warmly checking them in and out and ensuring their stay is seamless. Your duties will include managing reservations handling guest requests and providing information about the hotels facilities and services. You will play a key role in delivering the high standards of service that Rixos is renowned for.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian. Proficiency in additional languages like German Italian or French is a plus with a language allowance provided.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Personal Attributes: Friendly efficient and committed to providing exceptional service.

  • Compensation: 1800 AED Basic Salary 400 AED Service Charge 250 AED Language Allowance (for Russian German Italian or French).
