Job Description
- Generating business leads and should have a healthy network with End Customers, Consultants and EPC Contractors enabling to maintain and grow the pipeline for the business.
- Developing large projects and when appropriate, leading capture teams (CTS)/sales teams to push active sales efforts.
- Having good knowledge of the customers understanding the underlying customer needs and identifying new business opportunities, as well as maximizing the business potential with existing customers.
- Market scanning and gathering market Intelligence.
- Pipeline development by identifying target projects and qualifying them using opportunity screening as per the guidelines.
- Project Development by supporting the EPC and End User during early project stages.
- Maximizing the chances of ABBs winning chances by taking strategic actions (Capture Team Selling)
- Following the Internal Process of Tendering Screening and Risk Review to ensure that the
