Job Description
- A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in management consulting, operations management, investment banking, human resource leadership and / or start-ups
- Possess functional expertise in community engagement, acquisition, or related areas, coupled with a strategic approach to drive impactful initiatives
- Unwavering grit, resiliently tackling daily challenges, driven to deliver exceptional service to our Customers, Vendors, and Delivery-Heroes amidst ever-changing landscapes.
- Demonstrated strong execution excellence with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience talking to customers, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to establish trust with internal/external partners
- Exceptional project management skills. You have a proven ability to lead initiatives at your organization across multiple teams
- A data-driven approach and the ability to translate data into concrete insights through sound business judgment
- Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter approach
- Masters in Business is a plus
