Job Description
- At least 8 years of experience, combining 2-3 years each in consulting (or in-house strategy) as well as 2-3 years within Operations in a relevant/fast paced industry
- Ideal candidate could either i) be a senior position running a central/regional team with previous consulting experience OR ii) be an Engagement Manager / Case Team Leader at a top-tier consulting firm presently, with hands on experience prior
- Great team management skills as the role would manage the largest and most diverse team in Regional Logistics
- Demonstrated aptitude to grasp new concepts and functional expertise quickly, and drive quick wins, as well as sustainable impact
- Structured problem solving skills, and ability to go high-level and visionary with C-level and deep into the detail with members of the team
- Dynamic ways of working - ability to reprioritise on the go while managing sustainability and action plans for the team
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal, written, and presentation-making skills)
- Experience in the last-mile or gig-economy industry and / or Middle Eastern working experience
