POSITION: LEGAL ADVISOR / OFFICER
Job description
Candidates with bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
with 10-15 years’ of strong legal experience in corporate, commercial, and general laws, and at least five years’ experience in UAE laws.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures including regulatory framework.
Negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business.
