About Our Client: Our client is a leading construction firm in the UAE known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. They are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead their onsite teams.
The Role: As a Foreman you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities onsite ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage onsite resources and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
What Were Looking For:
- A diploma or relevant certification in construction.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Foreman in construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
