Job Description
Job Responsibilities and Specification:
Main role is to make sure that water sports players are able to reach and maintain required fitness levels and ensure they have a safe, healthy and enjoyable training and playing environment.
Brief the trainee about the sports activity to be carried out.
Ensure the trainee is appropriately dressed and equipped for the activity according to the risk assessment.
Evaluating performance and providing suitable feedback with positivity and motivation.
Assessing strengths and weaknesses in a trainee performance and identifying areas for further development.
