### Job Description: General Surgeon Specialist

**Location:** Ajman, UAE
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years
**Eligibility:** MOH eligibility letter required

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative consultations.
- Develop and implement patient management plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- MOH eligibility letter for Ajman.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Surgeon.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
